1. Workshop Scheduling and Raw Material Input

After receiving the order,according to the plan and other actual factors,the workshop dispatcher are going to make the production plan that determines the different production periods and production seque to get the quantity of normal material requirement.After confirmation,it will print out the warehouse transfer suggestion sheet,and carry out the first warehouse transfer of raw materials.

2. Select Raw Materials and Additives for Sub Packaging

After receiving the suggestion of warehouse transfer, the material preparer starts to select raw materials and check whether the physical inventory meets the demand.If it is satisfied, the material object will be prepared. If it is not satisfied, it will be fed back to the workshop dispatcher,who is required to revise the production plan according to the actual factors. Return to the previous loop. After the material object is prepared for sub packaging, it will enter the next step of workshop production. If material overflow occurs(excessive material preparation is detected),the material return receiving and material return warehousing are carried out.

3.Workshop Production

If the whole process goes smoothly,complete the sorting,mark and place according to the regulations for the workshop to collect and use.Then enter the actual production process,complete the production according to the coating process,and input the production data into the document.If the raw materials are not completely exhausted after the completion of production(material overflow occurs again), the material return receiving and material return warehousing are also carried out, so that the materials can be restored. The document will be summarized to the workshop for centralized processing. So far, the production process of a batch of products is over.The simple manufacturing process is about three hours excep the material preparation time.

It should be noted that in the material preparation stage, the information transmission and instruction release are completed by Oracle operating system. There are not many employees on the production site. The communication and feedback also follow the procedures and it is monitored at any time.
