The touch-up color formulated with 1K masterbatch is used as a primer or color paint layer, as the first process of the dual-process automotive paint repair process. After drying, 2K varnish must be sprayed to cover. When spraying, it is generally "paint + curing agent + thinner" construction.
1K car paint main characteristics:

1K acrylic car paint is sprayed directly with thinner added, which is a two-pass method, and the mixing ratio with thinner is 1:1, without adding curing agent. Since 1K paint is matte after being sprayed and cured, it must be sprayed directly on the surface of the base paint after the ratio of varnish, curing agent and thinner to increase the brightness of the 1K paint while also increasing the durability of the paint.
1. Base temperature is not less than 5°C,the relative humidity of 85% (temperature and relative humidity should be measured near the base material),fog, rain , snow, wind and rain is strictly prohibited construction.
2. Before painting the paint, clean the coated surface to avoid impurities and oil.
3. The product can be sprayed, it is recommended to spray with special equipment. The nozzle diameter is 1.2-1.5mm,the film thickness is 40-60um.

Yes, please note that the system has contained all the recipes for the car auto market for example, Nissan, Honda, Toyota, Ford, Chrysler, Fiat, Peugeot, Citroen, Renault etc.
2. Can the colors codes be updated on-line?
Our color code is updated every day and it is synchronize with the server in real time. We have more than 20 colorist are working on it.
3. Do you offer mixing machine and color chips?
Yes we do, it depends on the order quantity.Our products require large number of mixing machines and color chips.
4. Does the system -2K have RAL Formulas?
Yes, we do have the RAL Formulas.
5. Is the system 1k mixing ratio 1: 1?
Yes, Toner (pigments): Thinner=1:1 (vol)
6. Is it possible to send samples of toners, clear coat, primers, polyester putty?
Yes, we can offer some samples for you to do a sample testing
7. What support can you offer to a distributor?
We provide color chips, mixing machines, formulas system, promotional items such as T shirt, caps and so on; besides, customers can come to our training center for product training. If the customer base is big enough, we will offer training to all of them in your country.
