The two-component solid color paint for medium and high-level car body coating has a full paint film, excellent protection and hiding power, and bright and long-lasting colors. Suitable for the refurbishment and repair of advanced car bodies.

2, Outstanding mechanical and chemical resistance.
3, Tough and durable film provide strong anti-UV Stability and gloss retention.
It applies to thoroughly ground and cleaned intermediate paints, original paint or intact 2K paint surface. And soft based materials with an insulating layer.
Spraying and applying layers: 2-3 layers, 50-70um in total
Interval: 5-10 minutes, 20℃
Spraying and applying tool: Geocentric spray gun (upper bottle) 1.2-1.5mm, 3-5kg/cm²
Spraying air pressure: suction spray gun (lower bottle) 1.4-1.7mm; 3-5kg/cm²
1, Light-colored paint is not allowed to be sprayed with varnish, otherwise the color will turn yellow.
2, Before spraying the top coat, sand the primer with P800 fine sandpaper.
3, Please let the primer dry thoroughly before spraying the top coat, otherwise blisters will appear.
1. 1K paint.
1K paint can be directly added to the thinner for spraying, and the mixing ratio with 1K game thinner is 1:1, and no curing agent is required. The 1K paint shows a matte state after being sprayed and dried, so it must be sprayed directly on the surface of the base color paint after mixing with varnish, curing agent, and thinner.
2. 2K paint.
Before using 2K paint for spraying, add curing agent and thinner before spraying. 2K paint has its own brightness, no need to use varnish to increase gloss. From the effect of spraying, 2K paint is better than 1K paint. 1K paint only serves as a base color and protects the surface of the paint film. In terms of hardness, 2K paint is better than 1K paint.
