Medium-Solid varnish with very high chemical, gasoline, and weathering resistance for high-quality and long term sealing of repair paint jobs and new paint job and new paint jobs on cars. Surface coated with 1k base coat.
Medium-solid varnish with fairly high solid content, outstanding weather resistance and yellowing resistance, excellent film hardness, drying speed and tape resistance.

1.when the temperature is lower than 15 ℃ , air dry is not recommended , it's better to dry in baking room at 60 ℃
2.when the temperature is higher than 30 ℃ , you should add retarder in thinner to avoid blushing , pls refer to the retarder technical detail .
3.when fish appear during application , pls add 0.5-1% anti-silicon in the remain paint and respray.
4.at the edge of old paint and new paint film , you can apply joining agent as to achieve a perfect transition , pls refer to the joining agent technical detail .
5.when mix with hardener , hardener should use oil soon and can not store for future use .
6.use thinner to clean all spray tools immediately after application or it will hard to clean when drying .

For medium-solid varnish sample order, we'll suggest you shipping by DHL, TNT or air shipping. Because they are the most fast and convenient shipping ways. To keep the goods in good condition, there will be wood frame outside the carton box.
Sea shipping
For LCL shipment volume over 1.5CBM or full container, we'll suggest you shipping by sea. It is the most economical mode of transport. For LCL shipment, normally we will put all the goods standing on the pallet, besides, there will be plastic film wrapped outside the goods.

Yes, please note that the system has contained all the recipes for the car auto market for example, Nissan, Honda, Toyota, Ford, Chrysler, Fiat, Peugeot, Citroen, Renault etc.
2. Can the colors codes be updated on-line?
Our color code is updated every day and it is synchronize with the server in real time. We have more than 20 colorist are working on it.
3. Do you offer mixing machine and color chips?
Yes we do, it depends on the order quantity.Our products require large number of mixing machines and color chips.
4. Does the system -2K have RAL Formulas?
Yes, we do have the RAL Formulas.
5. Is the system 1k mixing ratio 1: 1?
Yes, Toner (pigments): Thinner=1:1 (vol)
6. Is it possible to send samples of toners, clear coat, primers, polyester putty?
Yes, we can offer some samples for you to do a sample testing.
