Ultra-fast-drying varnish is a two-component, high-efficiency, fast-drying varnish that can dry at room temperature. It enables the paint film to achieve rapid curing and drying on the basis of maintaining an excellent appearance. It has the characteristics of rapid leveling and fast drying. It has both high hardness and high fullness, fast and convenient construction, saving time and cost, and providing high efficiency for fast car repair.

It is suitable for repairing small areas and can be used for medium and high-end cars. Please use it with Hardener.
Spraying and applying layers: 2-3 layers, 50-70um in total
Interval: 5-10 minutes, 20℃
Spraying and applying tool: Geocentric spray gun (upper bottle) 1.2-1.5mm, 3-5kg/cm²
Spraying air pressure: suction spray gun (lower bottle) 1.4-1.7mm; 3-5kg/cm²
1, Light-colored paint is not allowed to be sprayed with varnish, otherwise the color will turn yellow.
2, Before spraying the top coat, sand the primer with P800 fine sandpaper.
3, Please let the primer dry thoroughly before spraying the top coat, otherwise blisters will appear.

For medium-solid varnish sample order, we'll suggest you shipping by DHL, TNT or air shipping. Because they are the most fast and convenient shipping ways. To keep the goods in good condition, there will be wood frame outside the carton box.
Sea shipping
For LCL shipment volume over 1.5CBM or full container, we'll suggest you shipping by sea. It is the most economical mode of transport. For LCL shipment, normally we will put all the goods standing on the pallet, besides, there will be plastic film wrapped outside the goods.

Yes, please note that the system has contained all the recipes for the car auto market for example, Nissan, Honda, Toyota, Ford, Chrysler, Fiat, Peugeot, Citroen, Renault etc.
2. Can the colors codes be updated on-line?
Our color code is updated every day and it is synchronize with the server in real time. We have more than 20 colorist are working on it.
3. Do you offer mixing machine and color chips?
Yes we do, it depends on the order quantity.Our products require large number of mixing machines and color chips.
4. Does the system -2K have RAL Formulas?
Yes, we do have the RAL Formulas.
5. Is the system 1k mixing ratio 1: 1?
Yes, Toner (pigments): Thinner=1:1 (vol)
6. Is it possible to send samples of toners, clear coat, primers, polyester putty?
Yes, we can offer some samples for you to do a sample testing.
