Polyurethane Finish is modified polyurethane heat-resisting resin polymerized with hydroxyl-containing resin and polyisocyanate as main film-forming substance Auxiliaries, hardeners, etc., composed of primer and top coat, two-component packaging.
Polyurethane Finish has Strong weather resistance. The coating has good weather resistance, gloss and color retention, high gloss and decoration, as well as good temperature resistance (can withstand 160°C).
Polyurethane Finish used for steel structure facilities, gas pipelines, chemical facilities, oil tank storage tanks, bridges, docks, gas tanks, motors, electrical appliances, aluminum alloys, etc. Suitable for anti-corrosion coating of wood, plastic, rubber, cement and other products.
Primer: Epoxy primer, epoxy zinc phosphate primer, or epoxy rich zinc primer
Applicable substrates:steel, aluminum, non-metallic materials, etc.
The substrate temperature is not lower than 5 ℃, and at least 3 ℃ higher than the air dew point temperature, and the relative humidity is <85% (temperature and relative humidity should be measured near the substrate). Construction is strictly prohibited in fog, rain, snow, and windy weather.
Pre-coat the primer and intermediate paint, and dry the product after 24 hours. The spraying process is used to spray 1-2 times to achieve the specified film thickness, and the recommended thickness is 60 μm. After construction, the paint film should be smooth and flat, and the color should be consistent, and there should be no sagging, blistering, orange peel and other paint diseases.
