Anti corrosion polyurethane finish is modified polyurethane heat-resisting resin polymerized with hydroxyl-containing resin and polyisocyanate as main film-forming substance Auxiliaries, hardeners, etc., composed of primer and top coat, two-component packaging.
Anti corrosion polyurethane finish has Strong weather resistance. The coating has good weather resistance, gloss and color retention, high gloss and decoration, as well as good temperature resistance (can withstand 160°C).
Anti corrosion polyurethane finish suitable for metallurgy, chemical, electromechanical, mechanical and other industries, metal surface heat and corrosion, in the blast furnace hot blast furnace inner and outer walls, flue, exhaust Tubes, furnaces, heat exchanges, and other high-temperature surfaces of metals are widely used, with significant results.

The substrate temperature is not lower than 5 ℃, and at least 3 ℃ higher than the air dew point temperature, and the relative humidity is <85% (temperature and relative humidity should be measured near the substrate). Construction is strictly prohibited in fog, rain, snow, and windy weather.
Pre-coat the primer and intermediate paint, and dry the product after 24 hours. The spraying process is used to spray 1-2 times to achieve the specified film thickness, and the recommended thickness is 60 μm. After construction, the paint film should be smooth and flat, and the color should be consistent, and there should be no sagging, blistering, orange peel and other paint diseases.
