Product Information

Gloss polyurethane paint is two component paint, Group A is made of imported high weathering hydroxyl-containing acrylic resin, super weather-resistant pigment, auxiliary agent, solvent, etc., and high weathering topcoat composed of an aliphatic special curing agent as group B.

Features

Gloss polyurethane paint coonvenient construction. The drying speed is fast, and it can be cured normally at 0°C. The film is thick at one time and the number of construction passes is small. The general construction method can be used.

Application 

Anti corrosion polyurethane finish suitable for metallurgy, chemical, electromechanical, mechanical and other industries, metal surface heat and corrosion, in the blast furnace hot blast furnace inner and outer walls, flue, exhaust Tubes, furnaces, heat exchanges, and other high-temperature surfaces of metals are widely used, with significant results.

Matching Paint

Primer: Epoxy primer, epoxy zinc phosphate primer, or epoxy rich zinc primer

Applicable substrates:steel, aluminum, non-metallic materials, etc.

Construction Condition

The substrate temperature is not lower than 5 ℃, and at least 3 ℃ higher than the air dew point temperature, and the relative humidity is <85% (temperature and relative humidity should be measured near the substrate). Construction is strictly prohibited in fog, rain, snow, and windy weather.

Pre-coat the primer and intermediate paint, and dry the product after 24 hours. The spraying process is used to spray 1-2 times to achieve the specified film thickness, and the recommended thickness is 60 μm. After construction, the paint film should be smooth and flat, and the color should be consistent, and there should be no sagging, blistering, orange peel and other paint diseases.
