Corrostion resistant polyurethane paint are among the most promising resins with significant prominence in the coatings industry. Today, a wide variety of polyurethane coatings is possible depending on the nature of the reactant employed. Thanks to the versatility in raw materials, these coatings provide several performance benefits (good abrasion resistance, hydrolytic stability…) and are used in various applications ranging from architectural coatings, product finishes to automotive coatings and industrial maintenance coatings.

Corrostion resistant polyurethane paint suitable for anti-corrosion coating of steel structure facilities, gas pipelines, chemical facilities, oil tank storage tanks, bridges, docks, gas tanks, motors, electrical appliances, aluminum alloys, etc. Suitable for anti-corrosion coating of wood, plastic, rubber, cement and other products.
Primer: Epoxy primer, epoxy zinc phosphate primer, or epoxy rich zinc primer
Applicable substrates:steel, aluminum, non-metallic materials, etc.
The substrate temperature is not lower than 5 ℃, and at least 3 ℃ higher than the air dew point temperature, and the relative humidity is <85% (temperature and relative humidity should be measured near the substrate). Construction is strictly prohibited in fog, rain, snow, and windy weather.
Pre-coat the primer and intermediate paint, and dry the product after 24 hours. The spraying process is used to spray 1-2 times to achieve the specified film thickness, and the recommended thickness is 60 μm. After construction, the paint film should be smooth and flat, and the color should be consistent, and there should be no sagging, blistering, orange peel and other paint diseases.
