Steps for car paint toning:

1. Accurately identify colors, first color according to the color board, accurately identify its "hue", "lightness" and "purity" under standard light source conditions, and determine the main color, background color and other necessary fineness and adjustment accordingly. "Hue", "Lightness", "Purity" primary color pigments;

2. Correct color selection, ammonium requirements need to be matched with the sharp type, variety and diluent and auxiliary materials of the color coating, and select the primary color materials with excellent performance and economy to prepare for use;

3. First adjust the small sample and then adjust a large amount. If there is no color matching equipment, the small sample should be adjusted first to obtain the accuracy of the color material ratio, and lay a foundation for a large number of adjustments to reduce waste;

4. The preparation steps and methods should be strictly based on the principle of first priority and second priority, from the shallower to the deeper, and the mixture should be fully stirred and evenly dissolved during the deployment;

5. When adding auxiliary materials, suitable varieties should be added according to strict proportions. In particular, it should be pointed out that the tinted paint is wet and the sample color is solid, so the color after the paint tone should be slightly lighter than the sample structure, not similar, and not too dark. It should be slightly lighter than the original color, so that it will be the same color after the paint dries, otherwise it will be too dark.
